The Soul Sanctuary Soundbath
A loving refuge of healing and connection
I am so looking forward to welcoming you into our sacred space, The Soul Sanctuary Soundbath. The evening have been curated as a loving refuge of healing and connection.
On arrival you will be offered a beautiful cup of Ceremonial Cacao, a nourishing plant medicine which will work for you to open your heart chakra as well has giving lots more healing benefits. Please bring your own favourite mug for your cacao, however if you forget, we do have mugs available.
Your place will be laid out for you, consisting of a yoga mat, bolster, cushions & blanket. However if you would like to bring your own blankets and cushions to get super cozy, please do.
Each session we will focus the emotional & spiritual vibrations of a particular essential oil, the chosen oil will be aligned to the seasons and mother nature at that time. We will work with the oil throughout the session, you will learn how to use the oil, soaking up its & absorbing the scent.
You will be gifted a vial of the oil of topic to take home with you and the opportunity to purchase your own bottle to work with, as well as downloadable information pdf.
We will also work with a different crystal each session, of which you will be gifted, learning all about the properties of the crystal and how you can work with the crystal in your own time.
You will then be guided through a beautiful restorative yoga asana, where you will give your body the time it needs to restore, release & relax deeply in which then you will be taken on a beautiful Soundbath meditation journey.
You will then be gently guided back into the room, where we will have time to pull oracle card for divine guidance, journal and share our experiences, thoughts & feelings.
