🌿 Earth Magic Yoga at Highwoods Country Park
A Practice of Reciprocity with Mother Earth
Join us for a deeply grounding morning immersed within the beauty of Highwoods Country Park, where we gather beneath the trees to reconnect with nature's rhythm through gentle Earth Magic Yoga, therapeutic sound healing, medicine drumming and sacred woodland ritual.
This is more than a yoga class.
It is a sacred invitation to remember that healing is a relationship.
Every day, Mother Earth offers us her gifts—fresh air, birdsong, stillness, flowing water, shelter, nourishment and beauty. Yet in a world where forests burn, habitats disappear and wildlife face increasing challenges, many of us are asking ourselves one simple question:
How can we give something back?
Earth Magic Yoga has been created in response to that question.
Each gathering invites you not only to receive the healing presence of nature, but to become an active guardian of it. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, therapeutic sound, meditation and Earth-honouring ritual, we remember that we are part of nature—not separate from it.
As part of every session, we offer a small act of gratitude to the woodland. This may include mindfully collecting any litter we encounter, offering prayers and healing intentions for Mother Earth, honouring the changing seasons through ancient Earth-centred practices, or simply leaving the woodland more beautiful than we found it.
These small acts may seem simple, yet meaningful change always begins with individual choices.
Together, we create ripples of care.
🌍 Every Booking Gives Back
Earth Magic Yoga is built upon the belief that healing ourselves and caring for the Earth belong together.
Tickets are £24 per person, with £2 from every booking donated through the Beautiful Boho Earth Fund to support habitat restoration, woodland conservation and wildlife protection.
Throughout the year, the Earth Fund will support carefully chosen organisations dedicated to protecting and restoring the natural world, including:
🌳 The Woodland Trust – protecting and restoring Britain's native woodlands.
🌿 Essex Wildlife Trust – caring for local wildlife and habitats across Essex.
🦌 Rewilding Britain – helping nature recover through habitat restoration and biodiversity projects.
🌍 WWF – protecting threatened wildlife and restoring forests, rivers and ecosystems around the world.
The charity or conservation project supported may change throughout the year, allowing our community to respond to local initiatives, habitat restoration projects and environmental emergencies where our collective contribution can make the greatest difference.
Together, every booking becomes an act of healing—for ourselves and for the Earth.

🔥 Respecting the Woodland
Fire has long represented transformation, warmth and community.
When weather conditions allow, we may gather around a small ceremonial fire. However, during periods of hot or dry weather, or whenever there is an increased risk of wildfire, we will honour the Fire Element through meditation, drumming, ritual and intention instead.
Protecting the woodland is one of the greatest expressions of gratitude we can offer.
🌿 Please Bring
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Water
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Comfortable footwear
• A heart willing to both receive and give back.
As our gathering closes, we leave with one simple question:
"What will my offering to Mother Earth be this week?"
Perhaps it is picking up litter.
Perhaps planting wildflowers for pollinators.
Perhaps reducing waste.
Perhaps supporting local wildlife.
Perhaps simply slowing down long enough to notice the life all around you.
Every gesture matters.
Every act of kindness creates a ripple.
Every offering is an expression of gratitude.
Because healing ourselves and caring for the Earth are not separate practices.
They are one.
We cannot wait to welcome you beneath the trees.
With love,
Laura Horne
