🌿 Earth Magic at Highwoods Country Park

Suspended Sound • Nature Connection • Mother Earth

Join me beneath the trees at Highwoods Country Park for a deeply restorative hour of nature connection and suspended sound.

Earth Magic is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, slow down and reconnect with the natural world.

We begin simply — arriving beneath the trees, grounding into the Earth, noticing the woodland around us and taking a few moments to breathe and settle.

There may be gentle movement, meditation, medicine drumming or a small seasonal ritual, but the heart of each gathering is our:

✨ Suspended Sound Bath

Rest comfortably as sound moves around you through singing bowls, chimes, drums and therapeutic instruments.

Surrounded by trees, birdsong and the natural sounds of the woodland, you are invited to do absolutely nothing.

Simply lie back.

Listen.

Receive.

Rest.

The suspended sound experience creates space for the body to soften, the mind to quieten and the nervous system to settle, while reconnecting you with the rhythms of the natural world.

🌿 A Practice of Reciprocity

Earth Magic is not only about what we receive from nature.

It is also about what we give back.

Each gathering includes a simple act of gratitude towards Mother Earth — perhaps collecting litter we encounter, offering an intention for the woodland, honouring the season or leaving the space a little more cared for than we found it.

Because our relationship with nature should be reciprocal.

🌍 Every Booking Gives Back

£20 per person

From every booking, £2 will be donated through the Beautiful Boho Earth Fund to support conservation, habitat restoration and wildlife projects.

So every gathering becomes a small act of healing — for ourselves and for the Earth.

✨ Your Earth Magic Morning May Include

• Suspended Sound Bath beneath the trees
• Therapeutic sound and vibration
• Natural birdsong and woodland soundscape
• Mother Earth meditation
• Medicine drumming
• Gentle grounding and breathwork
• Seasonal Earth-honouring ritual
• A simple act of woodland reciprocity
• Deep rest and reconnection

No yoga experience is needed.

No flexibility is required.

There is nothing to achieve.

Come exactly as you are and allow the woodland and sound to hold you for a while.

🌿 Please Bring

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, water and clothing suitable for the weather.

And perhaps one simple intention:

to slow down enough to listen.

Because sometimes reconnecting with ourselves begins by reconnecting with the Earth beneath us.
