This ceremony has been lovingly curated for you to be guided through this transitional time, we are moving from the light half of the year into the Dark. You will be held in safe sacred space and guided through rituals in which you will be invited with love to release and let go of the energies of the lighter half of the year, giving gratitude and thanks for all that has manifest for you.
Once you have given time to reflect, release & let go you will then be guided to fill the space by preparing yourself for the coming darkness.
You will then be invited to set intentions in which will you assist you in embracing the darkness, in sacred ceremony, you will be guided to recognise what you feel your focus should be over this time of retreat which will enable you to nourish your physical, emotional & spiritual development during this time of hibernation.
Whether you feel bereft for the light and dislike the darkness or feel joyous for the retreat from the light into darkness you will benefit deeply from having this time to prepare for the change in this transitional time.
The darker months are here for us to give us that time of inner focus, having intentions to keep you on track for mind, body & soul nourishment is essential in this non – stop modern society where we can easily get swept away with high expectations to push too hard.
The offerings:
- We open with a beautiful cup of liquid chocolate in the form of Ceremonial Cacao
- You will be gifted a ‘Sacred Rest’ Journal hand made with love Sophie – a very talented local artist
- You will be given journalling time with prompts recognising your achievements and events over the year, embodying the lessons then releasing & letting go giving space for your new intentions.
- You will be guided through journalling time to scribe intentions as to what nourishment you can gift yourself through the dark half of the year.
- You will be taken on a beautiful Sound healing Journey where you will connect with your higher consciousness to assist you in your coming descent into the dark.
- You will then make a piece of intention jewellery using crystals & essential oils which will aligning & anchoring you to your intentions.
