Meditation Walk: We begin with a mindful walk through the woodland, gently awakening our senses to the natural world, tuning into subtle messages from the Earth.

Cacao in the Forest: Gathered in circle, we’ll sip warm ceremonial cacao to open the heart and set intentions for the evening.

Suspended Sound Bath: Wrapped in blankets and suspended in hammocks beneath the trees, surrender to a healing soundscape of Reiki-infused gongs, crystal bowls, drums, chimes and more, designed to clear, align and activate your intuitive pathways.

Fire Sharing Circle: We close by gathering around the fire to share our experiences, insights, and gentle integration, supported by the collective wisdom of sisterhood.

A journal, water bottle, weather-appropriate clothing, and a small item from nature (leaf, flower, shell, or stone) for our altar.
All hammocks, blankets, and cushions are provided for your comfort.
