Litha is a time of celebration as we look and reflect upon our achievements, observing our projects blossom into fruition.
On the Wheel we are directly opposite the Winter Solstice at the the shortest day of the year. At the Winter Solstice hen looking inwards to your inner light during the dark half of the year.
At Imbolc you tapped into your hopes and dreams for this coming year, created your intentions after looking inwards to your inner light during the dark half of the year, you planted your seeds at Ostara, felt the manifestation energy of pure potential growing at Beltane, and now here at Litha the Summer Solstice, we celebrate and we bathe in the light as we obverse all that has manifested for us.
Now it is time to go on a beautiful Journey Sound Healing journey which will assist you in connecting to your spiritual guides, recognising & celebrating your manifestations at this powerful time of potential as we bask in the light of Litha at The Summer Solstice.
I suggest that you have a cosy blanket to keep yourself warm and glass of water & your journal to hand for when you return.
This Healing Soundbath Journey is best enjoyed through earphones, making sure the levels are not too loud especially when the healing vibrational instruments are being played.
