This gentle and transformative training day is designed to guide you into the beautiful world of Reiki healing in a grounded, supportive and heart-led way.

Whether you are beginning your healing journey, deepening your spiritual connection, or feeling called to support others through energy work, this training offers a safe and nurturing space to awaken the healer within.

Throughout the Day You Will Be Guided Through:

• The history and foundations of Reiki
• Understanding energy, chakras and intuitive healing
• Self-healing practices and energetic awareness
• Hands-on Reiki techniques
• Reiki attunements and sacred ceremony
• Creating a calm, ethical and grounded healing practice
• Sound bath attunement meditations
• Deep rest, reflection and energetic integration

Your journey begins before the training day itself.

Once your place has been purchased, you will receive:

• Your Level 1 Reiki Training Manual
