At Lammas, the First Harvest, we pause to honour not only the abundance of the fields but the abundance within ourselves.
This sacred point upon the Wheel of the Year invites us to reflect upon all that we have cultivated, nurtured and brought into being. It is a time of gratitude, community, celebration and sharing the fruits of our gifts with the wider world.
The Inner Light Retreat has been created as a space for healers, wisdom keepers, intuitives, creatives, empaths and those walking a spiritual path to come together in nature and sacred community.
Over the course of one magical overnight gathering, we will step away from the demands of modern life and reconnect with the ancient rhythms that nourish the soul.
Together we will gather around the fire, share stories, create, sing, drum, rest, laugh, reflect and remember.
Most importantly, we will come together as a collective circle to consciously send healing, hope, compassion and love into the world.
As we celebrate the First Harvest, we honour the light we have cultivated within ourselves and explore how that light may be shared in service to our communities, Mother Earth and future generations.

Opening Lammas Ceremony
We begin our gathering in sacred circle, exploring the wisdom of Lammas and reflecting upon the personal harvests, growth and blessings that have emerged throughout the year.
Tree Wisdom & Nature Connection
Time spent amongst the trees, reconnecting with the natural world and receiving the grounding, healing and ancient teachings that nature so generously offers.
Sacred Water Connection
A gentle ceremony honouring the sacred waters of the Earth, offering gratitude, blessing and an opportunity for reflection, release and renewal.
Community Crafting Circle
Creating meaningful handmade keepsakes inspired by the spirit of Lammas and the First Harvest. A beautiful opportunity to slow down, create and connect with others.
Drumming Around the Fire
Gathering together in rhythm and heartbeat, awakening ancient memory through the medicine of the drum and the power of collective intention.
Songs of the Circle
Simple songs, chants and shared voices around the fire as we celebrate community, connection and the joy of gathering together.
Healing Exchange Space
An opportunity for participants to share healing gifts, intuitive wisdom, blessings and supportive practices with one another in a spirit of generosity and connection.
Suspended Sound Bath Beneath the Trees
A deeply restorative sound healing journey held in hammocks suspended amongst the trees, allowing participants to fully relax, receive and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Collective Healing Ceremony
One of the central intentions of the retreat.
As a gathering of healers and wisdom keepers, we will come together in sacred ceremony to send healing, love and compassionate intention into the world, offering our collective energy to the Earth, humanity and all beings.
Sacred Fire Ceremony
A beautiful Lammas ritual of gratitude, celebration and release, honouring all that has grown and all that we are ready to surrender as we move towards the darker half of the year.
