1st Degree Reiki Ceremonial Day retreat - Energy Exchange £150

This Reiki course includes a practical introduction to the human energy field and the chakras, which will give you first-hand understanding of the subtle bodies.

You will receive an authentic, individual Reiki Level 1 attunement.

This is an energy transmission that enables you to “channel” the Reiki healing energy.

You will hear the story of Mikao Usui’s quest for this powerful healing energy, which you will begin to use during the hands-on practice session.

In the first half of the day, you will learn;

• What Reiki is, its history, how it was discovered and how it came to the West

• What and where the chakras are and how to work with them

• The foundations and guidelines for Energy Healing

• Insights into the nature of disease, why people get ill and how they can heal

• Techniques & tools for aura cleansing (“Kenyoku Ho” in Japanese), grounding and connecting

• Reiki breathing and visualisation, feeling the Reiki energy

• What a Reiki attunement (“Reiju” in Japanese) is and what it does.

In the second half of the day, there will be lots of practicing and you will learn;

• The hand positions for giving others a Reiki treatment and for self-healing

• The structure of a healing session, how to prepare the space, yourself (“Hatsurei Ho” in Japanese) and the receiver

• Sensing the different chakras and using the Reiki Chakra Balancing Technique

• How to use Reiki for healing pets, growing plants and energising your food

• An introduction to “Byosen” and “Byosen Reikan Ho” (energy scanning technique)

• The Five Reiki Principles (“Gokai” in Japanese)

• The benefits of Reiki and how it complements other therapies.

The exchange includes an internationally recognised certificate, a comprehensive course manual, spiritual tools to assist you throughout your reiki healing journey, A plant based lunch and lifelong support from within a loving reiki community with regular in person group meetings and reiki shares.

This course is also suitable for those that wish to have a refresher in First Degree Reiki.

2nd Degree Reiki Ceremonial 2 Day non-residential retreat - Energy Exchange £250

This ceremonial non-residential Retreat takes place over 2 days 12 - 5pm each day. In a retreat setting, you will dive deeper into the ancient healing techniques of Reiki.

Using heart opening ceremonial cacao you will be taken on light activating 2nd degree attunement. with vibrational sound meditations assisting you in deepening your embodiment of your attunement.

You will be gifted hand made tools to assist you with your level 2 reiki journey, consisting of symbolic jewellery, symbols, crystal collections, sacred herbs, aura sprays and essential oils to assist you on your ongoing reiki journey. A plant based lunch & snacks will be provided throughout both days, you will receive a comprehensive second degree Reiki Journal & manual.

Reiki level 2 attunement is more subtle and higher vibration than Reiki level 1, as it further opens the chakras and increases the energy flow in your bodies. It mostly works on the mental and emotional bodies and areas that need to be cleared or resolved so that you can progress and move on in life. It can also facilitate the acceleration of your spiritual growth.

Reiki level 2 is known as the practitioner level meaning that after you have completed a certain amount of case studies you are equipped and qualified to apply the Reiki energy and techniques to people as clients if you so choose.

You learn how to send Reiki to a person at a distance and you will be given extra symbols to empower it. Based on numerous experiments carry out on the validity of healing at a distance, it has been proven to be just as effective as the person being treated in the same room.

Scientists involved in Quantum physics, which study the world at a subatomic level have done experiments which they split particles in two; sent one 200 miles away but when they made a change to the one still in the room the other reacted at the exact same moment. This confirmed that they were still connected somehow so distance did not matter. Einstein also called this “Spooky action at a distance”. The same applies to distant healing in that the person does not have to be in the same room when giving a treatment and will feel the effects from where they are.

At the end of this two day course and you will be given a certificate of completion for Reiki level 2, the comprehensive Reiki level 2 manual journal is also included and will cover:
