 Use Green Aventurine To assist The Heart Chakra 

To Begin your Green Aventurine mediation, select a crystal and healing piece that has been cleansed and made especially for you. 

1. Situate yourself in a softly illuminated, quiet room in an upright position. Begin your rhythmic breathing by inhaling slowly through the nose and exhaling slowly from the mouth. As you exhale, visualize tensions, frustration, anger and stress leaving your body in dark, cloudy swirls of energy. Bless yourself, and these discordant vibrations, by affirming that these energies shall be released into the ether to find peace. 

2. Familiarise yourself with the oils and chose your preferred essential oil, from the Motivation & energising essential oil collection. Spray the lava beads with the scent and put the piece on. Lay down, all the while continuing to breathe slowly, meaningfully and deeply, staying aware and attuning yourself to the garnet crystal. At this point, you might be feeling the warmth of the crystal against your skin. Allow this energy to surge to your crown (top of head) and down to the Heart chakra. 

3. Close your eyes, and visualize the fresh minty colour of green aventurine in a glowing sphere above your head. Imagine the sphere is full of luck & opportunities you wish to attract into your life Place your crystal against your heart Chakra and visualize the beam above your head radiating a deep red from your crown Chakra down the centre line of your body, to your heart. It's good to place your right hand on the root this helps aid in the visualization process. Hold this visualization for 5 minutes or for as long as you comfortably can. When you have a clear vision of two spheres connected by the deep red beam, repeat a silent affirmation that will encourage you to feel protected, grounded, stable, motivated & secure. 

4. When you are no longer able to hold the visualization, simply release yourself by breathing deeply several times and then opening your eyes. 

This green aventurine meditation is excellent when you are having difficulty finding your balance, struggling finding new opportunities and if you are experiencing a lack of energy. This meditation will bring aid you in bringing luck and prosperity into your life.
